Ignore the LOW average rating, this is awesome!

I think a lot of Germans must have rated this, and as you may know, getting a "1" in German schools is like getting an "A" in America. This is the only explanation I can think of for why this German-English dictionary has so many 1 ratings. This dictionary is absolutely excellent! Its far more comprehensive than any of my paper dictionaries, and has very useful intelligent searching. Also, when you look at a word, just as with a very good book dictionary, the program also shares various phrases which include the pertinent word. Both my kids study German, and Im polishing my rusty skills. Nifty Words has been essential to our on-the-go search for words. Thank you for a truly awesome app!
